Re: Stewarding this season

Morning all. Final update from me, and again to thank those who have continued to help and support leading up to yesterday's trial.
Trial lasted less than 10 minutes. The prosecutor asked for an adjournment as the steward didn't turn up. That was rejected, to which she replied "I have no evidence".
Almost 5 months, for that. Oh well, all done now and looking forward to Everton.
Again, thanks to all who have given info, contact details & in general, offered their support.
I'm considering the pre-match event against Everton, if anyone's there, come make yourself known. Would be nice to put some faces to names.

If found guilty, are you planning on not getting a banning order?
Because it's very likely you will....

Just a little update, fellas.
Had to email my solicitor this afternoon after almost 4 weeks passing since my last email from them & 3 weeks since the initial court date.
Apparently the CCTV has still not been served, leaving me to think that there is something not quite right with their case. It's been made an urgent matter now as the trial is exactly 4 weeks away.
Has anyone else had anything like this happen? And how did it turn out in the end?
Hoping that it'll all be finished by this time in 4 weeks & will then turn all attention to enjoying the last 3 home games. Trying to anyway.

Bk, that'll be heard at magistrates and if found guilty it will be a conviction on your record. Community service would be the punishment

Lifetime ban is terrible. Don't our owners know what the club means to us fans. They obviously don't and don't care. And if it's an arsenal fan making these decisions then the fans must unite or take the unitef of of West Ham.

Was a bit over sharing but just stating the fact that even a caution shows up on your dbs and your job prospects become much tougher. She wasn't a toddler fifth in fact she is my height already and very strong. It brought us much closer and I'm glad it happened ( the arrest ) as it changed me for the better. .

Lifetime ban from the fishbowl wouldn't bother me. It's the record on my dbs I care about. Sone of the things I've read on here are ridiculous. Laughable when there are rapists etc getting let off!

I have assault and battery on my dbs and that was for a caution they give me for pushing my daughter back into her seat. I was really angry that she let me down earlier and just pushed me aside to get her bag. Mind you I wouldn't cooperate with the police because there was no way I would assault any of my kids. Said I'd been hit harder by police in thr past.

Animal - the paperwork I have from the police says 'Assault by battery'. If found guilty I could be looking at community service because it's the first time I've been in any trouble. Even though this whole situation is ludicrous.

Minor offences can't go to crown. Common assault for instance

Crown? So you're looking at a sentence of more than 6 months.

What have you been charged with?
Unless it's something quite serious you'll go nowhere near crown court

Captain - Nothing new as it stands. I have sought representation which will be costing a lot just for this absolutely pathetic incident.
Magistrates court date is 20th February & I'm expecting to be dragged to Crown court following that!

Takashi Miike,
So the Duchess of Knightsbridge, is "...continuing with these bully boy dildo tactics who are making fans match experience a nightmare. all this coming after she had that sham of a 'meeting with the fans' where she supposedly listened to those invited.
As you say, "...the Duchess of Knightbridge clearly doesn't give a dildo and the sooner the bitch leaves, with these bully boy dildo tactics, the better."
Actually, I am surprised the Duchess of Knightsbridge can't see the error of her wanton ways? It is like the Duchess is stuck in a 'time loop'...
